A common theme we will be writing about is our simplification of life, as it is possible here. We finally bought a used car french style. A small silver Ford Focus. Basically all the small cars (peugeot, renault, ford) look similar here. We have room for 5 with a tight squeeze and small enough to find parking. After two days I managed to initiate the car and ran into a short barrier (they seem to have short barriers everywhere) and scraped the front of the car. All French cars seem to have these initiation scrapes. C'est la vive. We are managing perfectly on one car as we walk most everywhere that is needed. I think the last time I shared a car I was 18.
